The water pressure is not what you would expect in such a hotel- especially when it is located in a well-known dangerous zone - Naucalpan. If the area is a disadvantage the hotel should work to ensure that other details of the experience are optimal.

Lots of SMOKING at the hotel restaurant patio

Despite no smoking signs in the restaurant patio area, I witnessed lots of smoking in the nonsmoking areas in the hotel restaurant patio. I personally endured SECOND-HAND SMOKE. Even waiting for an Uber at the tower entrance was an awful experience.
