Even though the building and the pool area are a bit outdated, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the room was quiet. The price included a continental breakfast. Hotel is very run down on the outside. Room was in ok condition but the bathroom had dirty towels from the previous stay. The “maid” came into our room without permission and took all of our towels without replacing them. Good hotel if your on a budget otherwise look elsewhere. Oh and the breakfast is nonexistent.

They clean the rooms, which is good, but the place is so old that decades of grime just cannot be removed and so it feels dirty. The furniture, lamps, etc., are old and worn. The reason for the bad review, mainly, is because of the price, Had this been inexpensive I wouldn't review it, but this cost $250 per night. Do not pay this amount for this hotel.

The room gave off side of the road motel vibes, maybe because the property is very old and outdated. (For instance the bathroom was so outdated that the toilet room where the bathtub/shower was, had old blue bath tiles you’d expect to see in your grandparents house, with old fixtures and wallpaper.) The place wasn’t super clean, but it was clean enough that we could sleep easy enough without thinking much about it. And best of all, we never saw a single creature, bug, insect, not even an ant! The immediate area was a bit deserted, however there was a Dennys and an Olive Garden across the street, with a few good stores nearby. Decent shopping options as well within a 2.5 mile radius, including a Walmart SuperCenter

We found the ghetto of Port Canaveral, sadly. People arguing outside til wee hours. Our AC was not working . Very dirty. 10 out 10 do not recommend. And the breakfast consisted of toast and cold cereal.
