I travel for 10 hours to get to my hotel myself, my wife and triplets three-year-olds and I was turned away by a staff member name, Cara She was very rude I booked a double queen hotel for myself my wife and my children. Just to get there and be told I have to book an extra room because one of my children cannot stay in the room or go drop my child off somewhere else. Long story short I had to spend extra money at a different hotel just so me and my family could have somewhere to lay our hair for the weekend. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and she needs to be working at a zoo not around people. I had a horrible experience I would never. Ever book there again. Not dependable scam artist

Fast check in and check out. Room was good and spacious for the price. Rating is not a five because when I call to ask for when the pool and hot tub was closed. A time was given and it was the reason why we decided to come there. When we got there the front desk person told me the hot tub was not working and the pool was not recommended. We were disappointed
