Some serious maintenance work is needed. The bathtub in my room (226) was sunken in the middle and held standing water for 2 days. Also, I was there for 4 nights, and housekeeping was no where to be found. The breakfast service was average - maybe a "c-minus".

A nice pool. But rooms musty and could have definitely been cleaner. Breakfast at 8:30 was very empty (still supposed to be an hour left to the breakfast time) so that was very disappointing. Kind of a dark and dreary vibe. Provided what we needed for the night, but wish we would have paid a little more to be somewhere else.

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful but this was a disappointing stay. The pool was closed for maintenance both days of my stay, there is no air conditioning in the hallways which makes waiting for the elevator or using the stairwell very unpleasant when it's 97° outside, the mattress in my room was very uncomfortable, the shower head barely worked, and despite being a non-smoking property - the room smelled of old, stale cigarettes. The pictures definitely made this property look a lot better than it actually was

There was pubic hair on the bed and on the shower curtain there was a dirty condom wrapper on the floor when I mentioned it to front desk they said there’s nothing they can do about it because I booked through a third-party.

When we got into the hotel I had already paid for the room but there was 100$ fee as well that we had no idea about! Mind you I had stopped by the hotel before We went eat something and they didn’t even mention it then. When we got into our room the tub stopper was broken. I had asked for more blankets and they said that another person got the rest of what they had. It was just over all not a good experience.
