Broken

Location close by restaurants and about 20 min walking to disneyland. The room (first floor) i can see theres 2 small holes under the door. My daughter the one pointed it out there was lights (from the cars parking) so i dont know if the small insects can come thru there. The toilet paper holder was broken. The sink was so hard to turn (like its stuck) they clean the room when we were away took our trash but they didnt change the sheet when its noticeable dirty. The ceiling was dirty, looks like old dry blood. I guess thats what you get for the price.

Last minute trip to Disneyland

We originally booked another hotel, and after arriving and seeing the condition of the outside, I cancelled our booking and tried to find somewhere that still had rooms available. We've stayed here many times in the past, and I was so happy when I saw they had rooms. I booked it and drove right over. The check in is always quick and easy. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. The parking lot is big and well lit. Every time we stay here, the employees are always very nice and accommodating. (we frequently travel with my nephew that uses a wheelchair) The hotel is not too far from the Toy Story parking lot, where you can catch a shuttle to Disneyland instead of walking. There is shopping and a ton of food options near by. This hotel is nice and quiet and we will absolutely stay here again!!

This was my second stay here. I only stayed here because it was close to Disneyland and affordable, but I will not do that again! The beds are so uncomfortable and you can hear literally everything and everyone talking! I won't be back.

We were traveling from 4.5hours away and checked in about 11pm. When we first checked into our room we needed to use the restroom. Immediately, we noticed the toilet wouldn’t flush. Went to wash our hands, the sink wouldn’t drain. Went to call the front desk to let them know about toilet and sink (all within our first 5 minutes of being in the room) the room phone wasn’t even connected. I called the front desk on my cell phone to let them know and the night attendant told us he would come see for himself and be at our room in about 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, I called again because no one showed. He claimed he forgot and was on his way. Once he came, saw the sink that wouldn’t drain and the toilet that wouldn’t flush and just asked us to wait until morning when manager got there. Never offered to switch our room or anything. We asked if we could just have a plunger to try to fix the toilet ourself and never received one. Come morning, spoke with manager who was very apologetic and sent housekeeping right over. The house keeper and the front desk manager were fantastic and fixed the toilet issue within minutes of us telling them. The sink however still was very slow to drain the duration of our stay. Bed was decently comfortable, pillows weren’t great tho. Shower pressure was meh.. the hotter you turned the water, the lesser amount of pressure you would get. Overall, unlikely to stay here again.
