Breakfast was busy and staff had a difficult time keeping up. Not a deal breaker. The pool area was nice but there were never any pool towels available. At one point I asked the front desk for towels for the pool and got hand towels. Overall our stay was not terrible and for the price hard to beat but next time I might spend a little more for better amenities.

Staff was great, room well appointed and spacious, breakfast was excellent but handicapped room was WAY far away and had a bathtub. Made for a very long and uncomfortable walk, lots of rest breaks. And shower bars weren't at any helpful height.

My stay started out horrible. At check in the women at the desk was not helpful.I admit I had a challenging request. Im semi disabled.I can't walk very far and my partner is in a wheelchair.So I requested a wheelchair room on the first floor.She wanted to give me a room on the second floor. I told her I could not walk that far and she proceeded to yell at me very loudly about my attitude She found one on the first.floor and i asked where the wheelchair ramps from the parking where.She refused to answer me.Handed me the keycard and I left in pain and upset.The keycard did not work,so i went to her and she told me she would have to open the door for me everytime I went in the room.For the next hour I propped open the door to bring my stuff in. Luckly my daughter and grandson came and helped me get George in the room.The only wheelchair ramp I found was in the front of the building.There were no handicapped parking spaces left he was wheeled completely around the building.While doing this the room door slid shut.My daughter went to ask to open my door and came back upset that the women at the front desk was rude to her.We got George in bed &fell asleep. Exhausted and in pain.The room wasn't a wheelchair ada compliant room.He couldn't transfer to the toilet and I can't lift him.He also could't shower.One grab bar and no stool.If he was able to get in the tub he couldn't reach soap.Next day&the rest of my stay the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Staff were wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Maintenance saw us in the pool and asked if the pool was warm and we said no. Instantly went to turn up the heat and came back to check on us and it was warm. They only offered pork for breakfast and we asked if they have turkey sausage and they did and made some for us. Breakfast was decent, coffee was good. Rooms were very clean

Modern and clean room with the amenities of small refrigerator and microwave at a reasonable rate. Excellent continental breakfast. I would suggest you look at the shower head pressure. So powerful it soaks through the curtain and puddles on the floor

Bathtub needed to be replaced. Overall appearance was old, outdated and need of a renovation. Some staff could not speak English and were of no help. No hair dryer in room and no effort to find one. Food was mediocre. No waffles!
