The staff was lovely. The location is perfect for us. We love that we can bring our pet. And while I understand the hotel is undergoing rennovations, I didn't appreciate hearing drills and banging at 8:30am Saturday morning. MY BIGGEST complaint is the grounds. Even before the renovations, the grounds are horribly littered. Particularly behind the hedge where we take the dog to relieve himself. Everything from plastic bottles to syringes back there. CLEAN IT UP!!! If only the outdoor seating looked like the picture...but it doesn't. Its a mess out there.
