This hotel is really special. The staff is always smiling, very friendly and helpful. This is a dog friendly hotel. The rooms are very spacious and have lots of interesting amenities like Suanas, exercise equipment and huge balconies. Surprisingly a huge breakfast, dinner and parking were included in our room rate. I can't say enough good things about this property. I highly recommend

The hotel is marvelous. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk people, and throughout the whole hotel, you’re equally treated kindly and feel like you’re part of the Falkensteiner Family. The location is pretty convenient, only a few steps from the slopes, and they even offer a daily car service there - special compliments to Armando, who was my driver most days and always greeted me with a warm smile. The restaurant’s also delicious, with and extensive buffet and hot menu to choose from both during breakfast and dinner. Also extra compliments to Luisa, who was my waitress most nights and was always impeccable. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, no to mention the spa, and which is to die for. My only complaint, would be regarding the gym, which has only one treadmill, as well as the quality of the toiletries in the rooms. I had expected better quality items in the toilet and not a shampoo/conditioner combination. Despite that, it’s an incredible hotel and I would be glad to stay there again.

All activities and areas follow luxurious standards and everything has been thought in the very fine detail. The breakfast and dinner selection is really something to die for. We had a very good time at Falkensteiner Kronplatz. Very stylish and modern, and with very interesting architecture. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice sports pool. Good location near Kronplatz ski lift, just outside of Bruneck. Lots to explore in the vicinity. We visited in summer, so think hiking, rafting, mountain lakes, etc. However, we weren't impressed with the fact that the rooftop pool was adults only as this wasn't clear from property details before we booked. Also, the evening "gourmet half board" was very fussy, and service was very, very inconsistent. Not at 5* level.

Overall a great hotel with nice clean amenities and great style. The only point that pulls down the experience is service in the restaurant and bar. This is not on 5* level, as not really proactive and in some cases chaotic. Empty plates remain forever on the tables, waiters looking in the room but apparently don‘t see or proactively approach the table. In the bar area the menu is handed out to the table but then nobody is showing up for taking the order so you need to go to the bar yourself to receive any drinks. That unfortunately impacts the overall experience with this great facility.

This is the second year that I return to this great hotel! Great staff, kind, always smiling and wanting to help. Very close to the gondolas, walking distance, there is a shuttle for the lazy :) Large and luxurious rooms, great breakfast and dinner, a large and delicious selection!
