Probably my least favorable Hampton Inn stay ever. Check-in male staff frazzled by large number of arriving customers, cold coffee in lobby at check-in, afternoon, and the next morning but I was able to use the kitchen microwave, and at 5am operations staff come to lobby and turn on TV with loud volume next to where I am sitting. Nobody was even facing or expressing interest in the TV. Other than excusing himself to reach the TV there was no acknowledgement of my presence or whether I wanted a TV blaring in my ear. While on the subject of noise, one should note this hotel sits at the base of a split on-ramp so if you have a room on that side like mine was you should consider ear plugs as noise from horn blowing, loud engines, and custom muffler kits are a constant source of noise.
Finally, let me end on a positive note regarding housekeeping staff. They were attentive and helpful, and my room was clean and well equipped which is why I usually choose Hampton Inn anyway.
