We cannot begin to state how ELATED we are with this property. The room size and layout were amazing, especially for the price. The location was prime. The staff were some of the nicest and most helpful people we met during our entire 2-week stay in Japan. The room and all facilities were FLAWLESSLY clean. The gym had free weights that were actually useful (adjustable dumbells up to 90lbs, a smith machine, multiple built-in pullies, and a leg extension / hamstring curl combo). The A/C in our room was amazing, the shower worked flawlessly, and the lighting was perfect. When we go back to Kyoto, we will be making every effort in our ability to stay at this property again. Our stay in this hotel plays a major role in our desire to come back. WE CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PROPERTY.
