Comfy little hotel!

Super close to Redfern and Central train stations, and honestly much better than i was expecting for the price! It was only a tiny room, but the shower pressure was amazing and soundproofing was also great considering how busy it is right outside with traffic and trains!

Manager was friendly on arrival and the room was clean neat and tidy but floors were polished concrete and room was tiny with no coffee or tea making facilities. Room was very noisy from trains running all night and other guests coming in during the night so unable to get any sleep.

my partner and I will use hotel hacienda from time to time as it’s the most convenient location to be for our visits to Sydney - it’s clean, the beds are soft and comfy, it’s convenient as hell with a short walk to Redfern station and it’s incredibly budget friendly. The prices on weekends are a bit of a rort but you literally will not find a place cheaper in Sydney over a weekend that is this close to everything. Staff are lovely and usually let us check in early if it’s a weekday or a Friday - we’ll be back many many many more times as the years rolls by.

The staff were nice and helpful. Its has convenient location, close to both airport and central station. But the matres was uncomfortable and our room was next to storeroom including the towels and the cleaning staff made too much noise in the early morning. We could hear all the noises from corridor and the trains as well.
