Front staff were nice. Very clean room and quiet. We worried about my son’s dog and cat allergies but the property is strictly “No pets allowed “and clean! We really appreciate it. And also they communicated well before checking in :) However, no wifi at room 227 we chat with staff but We could use it only 30mins then gone. Bath tub couldn’t keep water, even we changed switch lever :(

For the price, the quality of the room is great. These old hotels have very thin walls so there is some neighbor noise if ya know what I mean. Great location and walking to everything in Monterey. 5 stars means I would stay there again and I would so 5 stars.
