I loved the hotel, but I trash was left in my room, I did tell, someone, they apologized, I found a rubber on the floor where the children slept, when I was checking to make sure we didn’t leave anything. I did report it and I took pictures. Overall I will stay there again because I felt safe there. I also understand that things happen.
