Views were absolutely phenomenal, don't think there is a single room without a great view. Accommodations are simple, but well executed. Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. Perfect location right below the Allmendhubel. 100% would stay here again. Traveled with a toddler and felt super comfortable.

Small room with shared balcony, door to balcony through bathroom, absolutely no frills and very noisy from street and other inconsiderate guests. Grumpy breakfast staff. Good points were comfy bed and view of mountains between buildings. Wouldn’t recommend especially not at the price

The room and view were excellent. The housekeeping was terrible. First day they did nothing but made the bed, leaving dirty towels on the floor. The second day they never came. We ran out of TP and had to go to the common restroom to get some, not so cool.

Liked the location. Not too far from from the furnicular. Really appreciated that the front desk called to inform us that they would leave the keys & check in instructions for us as they closed at 5pm & we were scheduled to arrive at 7pm. Room was small.
