We got a very positive impression after staying at the hotel earlier in Baton Rough, so decided to stay with SpringHill again. The suite room is perfect for family travel accommodation, it is very relaxed layout in the suite. The breakfast is perticularly great and the hotel public area as well as room are very clean and maintained well.

Staff makes the stay wonderful. They went above and beyond for me and my family not ONCE but twice. My sister passed away and I had to travel with my family of 6 from Texas to during a very troublesome time. The staff was soooo friendly, genuine and accommodating. The room was subpar. The ceiling appeared to have had a hole that was patched up poorly. The TV was in the hallway instead of in the bedroom. The sink faucet was stuck to the right, so the water barely went into the bathroom sink. The room had no soap in the shower (it was empty) and no soap at the sink. Poor all around.
