Not the same room that I booked online. The AC was so loud the only help offered was turn it off. Sleeping with windows open without screens brought in Fly’s, cockroaches, and Mosquitoes. The supposed great customer service was non responsive. No help. Terrible!

Horrible stay. The water in the bathroom was not hot, we showered in 30 degrees with cool water! Not enough pillows, it was stinking. There was no heat. Will never recommend this place. No lift or elevator have to carry bags up. Very late check in 4:00 pm! Hated this stay.

Lights flickering in bathroom. No extra bedding for pull out bed. Remote control quit working. Homeless man sleeping in lobby upon our arrival.

The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and very close to stores and restaurants, which makes everything super convenient. The staff and atmosphere make the stay even more enjoyable. Very Small room and the bed had nothing on it but a bottom sheet and a HALF sheet on top that would only cover your feet. Nothing else to cover up with. The pictures on the site are very deceiving and not what you think. Its not close to the beach. It’s 4 blocks away. I would not recommend this property!!!!
