Hotel is very run down and a dump. It is filthy everywhere you go. Room smelled like a gym locker room and was quite discussing. For $200/night it was way overpriced. The refrigerator and HVAC unit sounded like they were about to take off. Would never stay here again.

This was a one night stay while visiting friends. The room was clean and building well kept and inviting. It’s on a beautiful tree lined street that is quiet. I did have to wait for the staff to check out a couple rooms before they assigned me one, but they were apologetic. Overall it was a great stay without problems.

I’ve stayed in some sketchy hotels and this one by far was one of the worst. We were booked for 2 nights and there was no way I was staying the second night. There are people that live here full time and I get that but there is no feeling safe at this place. They prop the exterior doors open with rocks so anyone can just walk into the hotel at any give time. People are yelling and stomping around everywhere, smoking pot in their non smoking rooms that you can strongly smell in the hallways. The hallways are dimly lit making it seem like it comes right out of a horror movie. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel room. I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to come back and spend an hour and a half wiping all of the surfaces in the room that I knew that I would be touching. I’m very thankful that I had indoor shoes to wear on the dirty carpet. To your credit the beds were clean with fresh white linens. The breakfast available was not much to write home about. The water to make the oatmeal was cold. I had to ask to go into the staff room to use the microwave. The muffin options all had bio engineered food ingredients. There was not even a table to sit at nor a bench outside. I ended up carrying my stuff over to my car and sat in it. Quite frankly, I ended up giving my breakfast to the nearby squirrels. What really floored me was when I logged onto the website and the rooms were $20 $30. Cheaper per night than what I paid. I had made reservations weeks in advance. Needless to say, I will never stay at another one nor will I use the hotels.com service.
This is the bathroom trashcan. I used almost an entire Lysol wipes container wiping all of the disgusting surfaces. Doors door handles headboard light switches. It was all gross.
