1) Information from the concierge re parking was incorrect (I later discovered better information in the Welcome Pack that I had been given) and also the parking space numbers do not run in any order making it difficult to locate your allocated parking space. It also wasn’t easy finding our apartment block from the car park as we were parked opposite a different apartment block entrance. 2) The apartment was very cold on arrival (we kept our coats on for the first half an hour it was that cold) Turns out the heating hadn’t been put on so we had to locate all the heaters and turn them on manually. 3) I had booked an apartment with a balcony but that is not what we were allocated. 4)The bed was a SMALL double, not a standard double. My husband actually fell out of bed on our first night, fortunately no serious injuries. 5) There was no kitchen pack so we couldn’t properly wash any pots. 6) There was no plug for the bath so I couldn’t have a bath (yes there was a shower but I fancied a bath that evening!) We later discovered there was no plug for the kitchen sink either! The management did rectify the kitchen pack (which should have already been in the apartment) and the bath plug, and they also offered a portable heater as the lounge had been slow the warm up, but that wasn’t required in the end.

I booked a apartment with a balcony didn’t get the balcony, apartment wasn’t really clean black hairs in shower/bath Bed full of hairs, don’t feel fully clean. Here's the reason for the 2 star rating: -good location to shops, restaurants, transit, and Cardiff Bay. -WIFI was good -It was spacious with big rooms NOT SO GOOD -images used in advertisement of Century Wharf rental were false, images taken off the internet, we did NOT have a view of Cardiff Bay but of a road and maybe part of Taff River. -The inside pictures also were not of the place that we were intending to stay at. -no communication 48 hours before check-in -wrong phone number to reach owner, Expedia had to reach out to them and basically the reservation fell through the cracks. -no information on how to use the kitchen, and heating. we were able to reach out to organization to come in and show us how to use heaters. -clothing rack for drying were two racks held together by zip ties -oven was worn down and all the kitchen utensils and frying pans were seriously worn and the frying pans were well past due -kitchen not well stocked with utensils -the towel heater in first bathroom was falling off the wall. -the ceiling lights in the first bathroom were almost all blown so the lighting was extremely dim -the second bathroom - fan did not work, shower was moldy, leaking and not draining properly False advertisment all around and would not recommend!
This is not the view that was advertised in Expedia for Century wharf

My booking described the room as, "One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony". As it was a ground floor apartment it had an enclosed patio. The crockery and cutlery were stained from where they had been in the dishwasher, one knife had food baked on it. The television was dated and the remote needs new batteries. The furniture in the bedroom was dated; the mattress was old and past its best. Some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and/or cracked. The shower head was small and dated. Urban Space encourage you to recycle but don't leave you bags or containers to do so. The kitchen light would turn itself off after a few minutes.

It was ok, a bit underwhelming as from the pics and description I had expected a bit more. The property could use a refresh, seems tired and dated. The standard of cleaning left much to be desired. I had to tape a piece of tissue around the pull cord so I can use it as it looked minging and unhygienic- definitely needs replacing. The only good thing was the bed, very comfortable, so that was a relief. I wouldn’t use again, sorry

Very good access point for most of the key things in Cardiff, on a sunny day there are some lovely walks nearby and walking in to the city centre took about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, while we didn’t expect a super modern or high spec apartment, we were surprised by how bare boned it was. You have everything you need but it really it is just somewhere to put your head down. The TV is unreasonably old, and just didn’t work. There is a dvd player, it wasn’t flagged to us that we’d need to take some and while you generally don’t go away to watch tv, the option of some morning tv with our coffees would have been nice. The shower had a severe and audible leak, whoever had cleaned the apartment must have been aware as the shower head was adjusted to lower the sound. This suggests to me little attention in the upkeep of the properties. There are also many mold spots in the bathroom which should be addressed. On arriving, the concierge in century wharf were lovely to deal with, so helpful, supporting our parking issue, but don’t go to them for any needs after this point and there was one employee in particular who was pretty rude. Ensure you book parking in plenty of time. We had phoned the day before about parking but I guess as it was an events weekend, the spaces were all sold out. To be fair, I didn’t inform urban spaces of issues until the day of check-out. we were only there a few days and didn’t want to interrupt our time away. There is a lot to be addressed.

El departamento es realmente muy espacioso, cuenta con lavavajillas, cocina, lavarropas y heladera. El baño tiene un buen tamaño, es algo que siempre tengo en cuenta y tiene un armario para la valija y colgar algo de ropa muy amplio. Si bien la condición general del departamento es un 7.5 cumple para estar unos dias. En lo personal fui caminando todos los dias hacia el centro que son aprx 12 cuadras, es muy directo. Pero tambien tenia el bus al centro a 3 cuadras. La zona es muy tranquila, residencial, hay varios edificios en el complejo y cuenta con pileta la cual no hice uso.
