Had a great family girls trip! The staff was more than accommodating and the room was spacious. There were many food options and everything we ordered was very good. The parking was a bit far, but there was plenty available. We asked security guard where the pools were and he personally showed us and gave recommendations. Each time we go the hotel gets more and more dirty. Has bad smells now in some areas. Like arcade. Games dont work.. they will take money. Food options are very limited at pool and hotel. Broken blinds in room. 2 day stay never came to fix. we left early. Only reason they get away with this type of management is no competition at all. Its a shame with the potential of the property. Cant keep good staff because you will go broke working there. If service and cleanliness and menu options go downhill....then first thing to go with it, is service staff tips and overall pay..... overworked and underpaid now. easy to see that.

The resort is beautiful. Our room was too. We came when it was cold, so I was hoping for some quiet time, but music from the Bar and Grill you can hear all the way in the hotel. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
