The building was somewhat outdated, but it was well-maintained and clean. Most importantly, the service was excellent. When I originally reserved two rooms for my family, they were on the separate floors. However, during check-in, the staff updated one of rooms from a single to a queen-size bed, allowing us to stay on the same floor at no extra changes.

松山市駅からは距離ありますが、トラムの駅が目の前なので、アクセスは良好です。繁華街も近いし、近辺には名物鯛めし屋さんが多々あり、どこに行くか迷うくらい。部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。また朝食も和洋種類豊富に地元名物もありで食べ過ぎてしまうのは必至です。

部屋お風呂トイレもとてもきれいで、掃除も行き届いており、喫煙の部屋でしたが、臭いも気にならず寝泊まりするだけなら、よいと思います。 アメニティやタオルも充実していました。 ただ… 到着した際、駐車場が満車だった為別の駐車場を案内されました。運転手以外は降りて先にフロントで待つことに。 その際、駐車場スタッフより『フロントにスーツケースなど運ぶ台車を持ってくるよう連絡しました。荷物も部屋の前まで運びます。』と言われ待っていました。 すぐに台車をもったスタッフが来ましたが『ここに乗せてください』やあいさつさえもなく、なんの案内もなく、ぼーっと立っているだけ。 そんなにたくさんあるわけでもなかったので、自分で運びました。 彼は何だったのだろうか…と疑問です。 スタッフはほぼ韓国の方です。 あと部屋ですが、５人(大人３人幼児２人)だったのでツイン✕３のお部屋を予約しました。 開けてみると、ツイン✕２とエキストラベット。 寝れないことはなかったですが、予約内容と違いました。 予約内容を確認しようとサイトを開きましたが、日程しか載っておらず、確認できず。諦めて寝ました。 『駐車場あり』『朝食あり』と記載があったので予約したのですが、着いてみるとどちらも別料金。 サイトの説明不足を感じました。
