First impressions: the drive and facia of the hotel is beautiful
Check in: flawless. My prior online chat was evident and already in play.
Reception: Liza is remarkable. She never seems to go home! She remembered my room number 5 days after check in!
Breakfast:Maître D Akeesha (apologies for the spelling) has a great team. They keep a relatively tight ship.
Maid service: impeccable.
The entire place, buildings and grounds are spotless and beautiful.
Pool is warm, not too big, but welcoming.
(For those who like to find fault - there is one tile missing on the poolside ;)
No job is too big, or demanding, for everyone in this place.
I rarely give 5 stars. Then again, I rarely am THIS impressed!
Little Note, for hospitality management / staff … when spraying the cleaner onto a vacant table, in the restaurant, guard the spray splatter with your cloth (nobody likes to sit eating, whilst being sprayed with some level of detergent from the next table)
