The hotel is a bit far front the university, but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel so that is real it an issue, the hotel is lovely, the rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient, the shower, Wifi and everything else was also good so if we ever go back to beautiful Oxford, we would definitely stay at the Vocco again.

Absolutely superb in every way; about 4th time we have stayed in 6-7 years, though several upgrades/refurbished areas apparent this visit. Lovely in every way and service excellent. The breakfast display and variety is even better, and the room/bed SO comfortable. The ONLY disappointment is now having to pay £10/night to park on site, especially when occupancy was not full and IHG Holiday Inn at Peartree roundabout charge £6 which location is more understandable to deter city visitors from leaving cars there to catch a bus into the centre (which Voco Thames overnight guests may choose to do but not casual 'scroungers' I would have hoped)

Lovely garden location on Thames fairly close to Oxford. Excellent beds and bedding but towels and robes could use an upgrade. Delicious a la carte breakfast.and lots of common areas and gardens. The sister property nearer to Oxford would have been a better choice for us as we would have liked to have been closer to Oxford

This is a true gem of a hotel and we felt that it was perfectly located for our needs. It is a lovely hour long riverside stroll into Oxford Our only complaint would be that you have to pay for parking on site. If parking must be made we would prefer to have the charge added to the bill rather than appear as an extra charge Every staff member was incredible and could not do enough to make our stay more pleasurable. Bonus points for having a sauna and steamroom We will be visiting again Thank you to all at the team at Voco Oxford Thames for making our stay a genuinely enjoyable one

Really comfy bed, great breakfast. Probably the only thing I could say is it was very cold in the main Reception/Hall area. Such a lovely seating area but too cold to stay sat there for more than one drink.

Loved the location and the easy access to Oxford by bus. The room proportions were lovely and the bed was the most comfortable Hotel bed I have slept in - like nestling in a cloud! Breakfast was very good and I appreciated that the pool was open late enough for an evening swim. Would have liked a fluffy robe and slippers, but you can’t have everything!
