Horrible. Desk staff gave a key to my room to another guest. In the middle of the night, while my wife and I were in a dead sleep, we were awoken with an intruder in our room. Had we not had the safety lock on, things may have gone quite differently then they did. Spoke to the staff and the manager, Kyle. He DID NOTHING and made light of the situation. If you want to be safe, do not stay here.

Floor coming up on first toom, tripping hazard. Staff were polite and immediately moved us but did allow another person to stay. Ut was c right next door so obvious. They were booked up so assume moved us and gave a later arrival the room. Bathroom floor needed swept or maybe wind blew in from drive. Tub, toilet and sink were clean. Beds were absolutely fine. Room had been smoked in, which I noticed immediately, being sensitive to it but even my husband noticed it. We had a room deodorizer spray so that handled it. Bottom of doors were a liitle ragged. We had stayed in another Best Western on a previous visit and this one was not up to that standard. Staff was very helpful and friendly and breakfast staff also great, friendly and kept food loaded. It was not horrible but we will choose the other Best Western if available next time.

The property is older, but maintained fairly well. Although it appeared fairly clean, something set my allergies off, most likely due to the age. The lobby and breakfast areas are very nice and well maintained. Breakfast was much better than the breakfast at the Best Western Courtview. They had staff maintaining the food and cleaning the area which was nice. They also offered free coffee and bottled water in the lobby. Not a luxury hotel, more of a motel, but it wasn’t awful for a quick overnight for a wrestling tournament.

Bed was a little on the soft side. Toilet kept trickling nonstop. Small fridge was humming nonstop. Receptionist was very friendly. TV remote could probably use some new batteries, delay with using the functions. We only spent one night, so it was ok.

Bathtub shower standing water during shower/ drains slowly. Ants seeking moisture around sink, noticeable dust bunnies on floor of closet, dog hair/hair weave shedding on back of bathroom door, wall and floor. We stayed due to high volume of travelers in the area for convention and high school sports and cleaned up hair in bathroom. Would not stay again. Good in a pinch for an older motel.

The stay started out disappointing and got worse from there. The outside lacked curb appeal, the building looked old, and not in a good way, though the grounds were fairly well kept. When we got inside our room, there was trash in the wastebaskets from previous occupants, including tissues, which was a huge red flag. I quickly discovered ants in the bathroom, and every time I went back into the bathroom there were more and more ants crawling over the sink. The bathtub was very slow to drain, taking over 10 minutes at least to drain an inch of water. The "smart" tv operating system was extremely slow, and barely had any options to watch, not even YouTube. The walls were very thin, and you can hear almost everything happening outside, multiple times I heard the doors next to us opening and thought someone was opening our own door. The bed felt like concrete, and the sheets were stained. I will say, however, they were decently pet friendly, with a big grass area to walk a dog, and even a moderate size dog park on the premises. The complementary breakfast wasn't bad, moderately stocked with decently tasty food.
