Elsie the breakfast person was absolutely top notch. The front desk person was ok. They never cleaned the room in 4 days. The Tub was not cleaned when I showed up. No WiFi. Old, run-down and generally unkempt inside and out. Never again, too many better options around Lake George.

Everything is nice , Pool Breakfast cleanliness, except they have ren to a group of young peoples and they have rent at the second floor over my room, the group have running Yelling and clap the door until midnight, and at the morning they have going very late with the samething , Running Yelling and claping the door , But it's a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Top of deck is pealing off and there is mold in the shower up at the ceiling. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The lady who was running the breakfast was lovely and an absolute pleasure.

Great location, direct access to the snowmobile trails, right off 87 at exit 21, parking is a little tight with a trailer, some rooms of the hotel are older and a little dated compared to the newer parts of the hotel, second floor rooms in the 270's are newer and a little nicer than the downstairs 110's, I only have 2 minor complaints about the hotel, the strict 4pm check in time, with rooms still not ready at 4pm and this hotel never has enough towels, they post a sign at the desk stating if you need new towels you must exchange the used ones, but they dont put towels in your room to start with.. 2 seperate weekends i stayed there in two diffrent parts of the hotel, both times no towels in the room at check in.. other than that, staff was polite and helpful, would stay there again
