This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The pools are unique utilising local rock as well as traditional pool materials and look amazing. We didn’t use the pools much as the hotel has direct access to the Playa Del Duque beach, which is man made with golden sand and crystal clear water. There are lots of restaurants but we only used two of them as we purposely had B&B as we wanted to out in the evening rather than staying in the hotel. The Japanese restaurant (Kensei) was a great experience and we would highly recommend the tasting menu. The hotel is very classy and an upmarket feel and associated service. If you want the livelier side of Tenerife the Fañabe area with it restaurants and bars is only a short walk away. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future

It has been a few years since I last visited the Hotel and although there are areas that may seem dated in comparison to a very modern hotel, I would not change a thing. This Hotel is special, I love the atmosphere created by the sheer variety and colour of the buildings, filled with character and excitement. So many pools to choose from, there is so much space and there is no-one putting out towels to bag a bed. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and the beds most comfortable. The Hotel provides a mini bar and some treats for purchase however they also provide water on a daily basis, free treats (which were just lovely), an evening turn down service with complimentary chocolates and the bathroom is stocked with excellent products. The selection of food at breakfast is amazing, I can't think of any item of food that was not on offer or not available upon request, a great way to start the day. There is nightly entertainment and although I didn't take advantage of it, there is an observatory too. It's one of my favourite Hotels and I will be returning next year if not before. It was a simply wonderful stay and I can't recommend it enough.

Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel.

From the moment the bus dropped us at gate the service began as it’s a very vast property they use buggy’s to take you around if finding it difficult to walk. There was always somewhere to sit by any of the 3 pools or cabanas on the grass. Easy access to beach as well in all an amazing hotel with superb restaurants.
