Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. 보통의 일본 호텔과는 달리 객실이 넓고 침구가 있는 공간과 쇼파가 있는 생활공간이 분리되어 있어서 4박 5일 동안 온가족이 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 일본 여행은 많이 걷게 되기 때문에 숙소에 돌아와서 잘 쉬는 게 중요한데 가족끼리 서로 잠드는 시간과 일어나는 시간이 달라도 생활 공간이 따로 있어서 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 난방을 틀면 공기가 건조해지는데 가습기도 있고 공기청정기도 있어서 그 점도 만족스러웠습니다. 욕실도 화장실을 통해 들어가긴 하지만 화장실이라 분리되어 있어서 좋았고 위에서 따뜻하거나 시원한 공기가 나오게 할 수도 있는 점도 마음에 들었습니다. 욕조의 물을 데울 수 있는 기능도 있는데 사용하지 못한 건 좀 아쉽긴 하네요. 신주쿠 같은 중심가에 있진 않지만 10분 정도 거리에 지하철역이 있어서 이동하기도 편했고 숙소로 돌아가는 길에 빵집에서 떨이로 파는 빵을 아침 거리로 사는 등 나름 일본 사람들의 생활을 조금이라도 경험할 수 있었던 점도 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 가끔 자리를 비우는 경우도 있었지만 프론트에 있는 벨을 누르거나 전화를 하면 오셔서 잘 도와주셨고 체크인 전후로 짐을 맡길 수 있는 것도 좋았습니다. 이번 일본 여행에서 가장 잘한 것 중에 하나가 이 호텔을 선택한 것이라고 생각합니다.. 많이 불편했습니다.

最高だった。幾多の都内のホテルに泊まってきたけど今のところココが一番。別にレストランとか要らない。部屋でいかにゆっくり贅沢に過ごすかという部分に焦点を当てればココが一番それに適ってる。 多分元々単身者用の高級ワンルーム分譲だったんじゃないかなあ・・・それをホテル仕立てにリノベーションしたカンジなのでは？だから１フロアに一部屋とかいう贅沢なつくりになっている。 あと人によっては好き嫌いはあるかと思うのですが、受付カウンターのおねーさんがめっちゃフレンドリーで（いい意味で）ホテルっぽくない。どっちかというとカフェ店員みあるｗ　そういうのはキライじゃない。あの感じは残してほしい。

숙소가 넓어서 정말 좋았습니다. 침대도 크고 좋지만, 거실이 따로 있다 보니 소파가 있어 생활 공간과 취침 공간이 분리되어 좋았습니다. 좁은 호텔들이 많은 도쿄에서 너무나 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 또한, 요즘 도쿄에서 핫한 동네이다 보니 좋은 카페, 식당들이 많습니다. 청결하고 친절함은 당연했습니다. 그나마 단점인 것은 역과 거리가 그리 멀진 않지만, 환승을 해야 주요 관광지에 갈 수 있는 것 정도입니다.
