I have left formal complaint and request for refund. I departed same day i checked in. Broken glass lamp base and shades just left exposed , filty arpet and headboard, worn and dirty apartment not at all as picutred. Fridge still had rotten food from last person staying. Covid concerns. Managment wouldn't do anything but send a cleaner (wouldn't help unless they brough a steam cleaner with them). It looked like a flop house for addicts. Houst management company stop taking my calls and would not refund. Hotels.com would not help either. Lost the prepayment in full
