They had a fabulous breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon. They had a beautiful pool. The staff was cordial. The room was modern and had a refrigerator. The parking was very easy and the location was easy to get to the beaches.

Beds are hard. Basic accommodations. I need a small refrigerator for medication and they don’t have any in the rooms they had to store it for me extremely inconvenient. The rooms were clean but the air conditioning does not work the rooms were very hot no air flow. Not enough towels in the room had to request them.

we are three people in friends holiday trip. i had let hotel know we have three people and need more one set duvet for the separated single bed. however, hotel can not supply with us in the first night. Weather is cold, it is winter in France.

Needs lots of iprovement

The front desk staff was helpful. Restaurant was only ok. The room wasn’t cleaned very well…no replacement of towels left, as directed, on the floor, used paper cups not disposed/replaced, tissue box was nearly empty when we arrived, and wasn’t replaced until I asked, then it took the front desk several minutes to find a new box. The worst thing was the infestation of Asian Lady Bugs. I had to kill several. (written on behalf of Jim Z, by Holly L, who also stayed int the property at the same time.

Location!

Novatel is in a great location for walking to the old town. (Driving in old town is a pain!) The hotel is fine. Looking a bit worn in a few places. The carpet outside our toilet was damp, otherwise the room was spacious for France. Not enough outlets but we made do. Not sure why ice was limited from the empty bar but again we made do. Overall, a good hotel in a great location for walking.

Property is in a great location for those wanting to travel onwards. It is a short walk away from Bayuex town with a free car park. However the room it self did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There was alot of hair on surfaces and on the bathroom and toilet floors and clothing which must have been left by a previous person. The air-conditioning in the room did go not below 20 degrees C. The gym consists of 3 aerobic pieces of equipment with a selection of weights. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice. But due to the lack of cleaniness we would not stay there again.

Very disappointing. Matresses cheap and uncomfortable. No hooks or rails to hang wet towels. Room not hoovered every day. Mold under the window. Some staff very helpful but some very rude. At best this is a 3star hotel. Would not recommend.
