Location is just perfect for our needs. Staffs are attentive and very helpful. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. Hotel is nice but not five stars international standard so don’t try to compare to the Four Seasons’s 😁 if you only pay a fraction of that cost. Overall, best value for the money.

This is our third stay at this hotel and the worst. The room was fine but the staff was out of line. Our son and his wife visited us at the hotel the first night we arrived and we were told that we couldn't have visitors after 9:30 pm. Then the morning we were going to leave I met them in the lobby and they wanted to tell us both goodbye so we were going upstairs to our room and one of the clerks behind the deak aaked for our daughter in laws ID before they could go upstairs. I thought it was incredibly rude but she said it was policy but it wasn't. We read all their policies and it was nowhere to be found. We definitely will not return which is a shame because we had really good stays in the past. They were just way too uptight for us.

Fantastic view from 10th floor balcony suite. Would've given 5 stars but needs a bit of maintenance. Bath plug doesnt seal. Doors onto balconies don't seal. Furniture stained. Great location to base yourself when exploring the delta. Walk out the door and onto a boat to tour the area. Hotel is lovely and the staff very eager to accommodate all of our requests including arranging tours and transport.
