非常好的周末休闲地。有诸多的休闲活动。服务非常好，早餐在英国酒店里算是不错了，至少有水果。这是第二次住了，下次到Grantham还会再选择这个酒店。

Clean room but toilets in bar were awful. Dirty and very worn. Restaurant staff all wonderful but need training on making sure diners have basics like cutlery before food is delivered. One gent brought us a knife and fork for dessert. Food was sub par too. Cold (supposed to be hot) mozzarella and pesto panini. Awful filling in a steak pie. 2 types of fruit on the breakfast buffet. Drinks service in the bar was slow. Room was clean and well kept, my only issue was no proper lighting anywhere. My spa treatment was amazing. Hayley was perfect in every way. Not enough loungers in the pool area but relaxation room was lovely. All staff pleasant and helpful. Only ever one person on reception so you had to wait ages for service. The doors to get in the reception were pull only which is not good enough when you have luggage.

Had a very nice stay room was clean and tidy breakfast was excellent all fresh apartment coffee machines they don’t make good coffee. All the pastries are nice and fresh fruit was fresh. Breakfast was cooked. Nice it overall staff excellent facilities a good base to get around the area. Would stay again. .

I was in room 185 so I felt that I was walking forever to get there. The room was very outdated compared to my colleagues rooms just along the corridor I was finding how the lights worked around the bed area in the dark and the fan / air noisyconditioning unit was really noisy

Negative 1) The 'wellness centre/spa' is really just a children's leisure centre!!! (between 08:00-11:00 and 15:00-18:30 it turns into a under-16 pool) which if we're being honest is when you want to be at the spa facilities. Not very relaxing at all, why they give 6.5 hours of the day... in the prime part of the day to a million raucus infants I do not know. You step out of your relaxing massage treatments into the pool area only to be berated by the shouting and screaching of 50 5 year olds splashing about. Negative 2) The 'wellness centre/spa' again... sort those locker rooms out. I would say 65-70% of those lockers either had broken locks, hanging off their hinges or no door at all. Made the spa look quite forgotten and disregarded which is such a shame because the rest of the grounds, the room and the restaurant were so nice. Negative 3) we had our Spa treatments with Ebony. Mostly fine however she could think of trimming her nails as at one point i thought she cut my neck during massage. Negative 4) whilst I cannot fault the food, it was amazing. The service was lacking, very slow. We finished our starters and and got our mains... eventually... before we received our drinks... and this was for an 8pm sitting so not even that busy. Negative 5) whilst the room was quite lovely... the aircon/heater system is soo extremely loud that you cant have it on at night

On arrival there was no room allocated as the booking wasn’t showing. A deluxe double was chosen and the room turned out to be a twin. This was complained about to reception and they showed my partner to another room that was exactly the same. This is all that was done. There was no choice or other option given. The room itself had no toiletries. Had one coffee and milk, the shower screen leaked all over the floor so you got wet feet in going to the toilet. At breakfast the toaster was flinging toast across the floor so it was wasteful. The wine in the bar is way over priced and was of poor quality. For the supposed quality of the hotel it was a massive disappointment
