I was not given the booking reference prior even though I contacted the hotel few days earlier. It’s an AI hotel so you check in by yourself. I wouldn’t say I feel very safe because I do prefer having a real person at the front desk for security - the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Seoul have 1-2 people at the desk 24/7 so that’s what I’m used to. The walls and doors were a lot thinner than expected because I could hear noise in all directions whenever people were checking in and out. I woke up quite a few times and didn’t get restful sleep because of that reason. A little odd that they offer shampoo but no conditioner.

Stayed there at the start and end of my stay in Jeju island and glad that the hotel was within walking distance of the Dongmun market and Pork Street and the underground shopping street. The place was clean and fortunately always had a parking space in the lot but imagine that can get full during peak season.
