Hotel reminds me of boutique hotels in NYC. It's in the middle of the arts district. I ate breakfast in the cafe. Best caramel latte I've had in a long time. Staff were kind and courteous. Cab ride to cruise port was lest than $10. I would definitely stay here again.

We always stay at Moda for anything downtown. Granville venues are on the doorstep. You can watch the tour buses from the room. Opening windows, good hvac, easy tv, convenient to everything including restaurants, groceries (yes fridge), liquor shop, etc. Secure and inexpensive. Only 4 levels so no risk of vertigo. Love this place and we’ve never even tried the food amenities.
