Lovely hotel with a quiet, calm atmosphere (even with a big wedding going on, on one of the nights, it was still peaceful). All staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way. It's easy to find and has plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Bar prices are a bit lively, especially for a bottle of wine, but that's par for the course, I guess. We ordered lunch one day and the food was great. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again if I need to get to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for an event.

Upon arrival the hotel looked nice, but once we jumped out he cab i walked towards the main entrance to get soaked but hanging plants, also the main entrance was full of a mixture of drinks just left on th pavements. Onced we checked we received our key cards, no one escorted us o our room noor did they offer to give u a trolly for our bags toilet in lobby was filthy tissue on he floor and urine on the floor an left in th toilet

Hotel situation in isolated area. Nothing to do in the area and there are no other properties or stores around. You have to have a vehicle for sure. Also thw prices at the restaurant are very high!!! Furniture is a bit old. There is no electric outlets near the bed. Only on the desk and one of them was broken, they changed after I told them.They definitely need to renovate, on last 3 years I stayed here more than 6 times.
