Check-in was HORRIBLE!! The lady was eating watching tv while sitting in the dine in area. I thought she was a customer. She chewed and stared at the computer for five minutes before doing anything. Was rude to me when I got impatient. Made me precheck-in after doing precheck online. Gave us a key to a room already occupied. Made excuses when we went back to the desk for new unoccupied room and still slow and rude.
