Excellent extended stay. It’s your own mini-apartment. Very clean, appreciative of the coffee machine, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and stove in the room. Walk in shower very nice as well. Property is like a little village, with outdoor sitting areas all over. Perfect for a week in south Florida.

Richard’s Extended Stay Motel is one of my favorite “go-to” for a quick week or weekend trip! Minutes from Hallandale beach or 20-30min To Hollywood or Haulover. And, if you’re staying longer it has everything you need for comfort: full kitchen, awesome shower, cable, comfortable bed, easy parking, and tons of shopping minutes away on Hallandale Blvd! Check in, as always, is a breeze. This place is clean, and well maintain!

The location is great for the variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was exceptionally clean. Free parking in South Florida is always nice. The only downside was a very uncomfortable bed. Overall I would recommend for one night but could not have tolerated the bed for another night.
