Good Option Near to Heathrow

Conveniently located for my early morning flight from Heathrow - a 10min walk to the underground and 15mins on the underground. There was a bus stop immediately outside the hotel too - and a few shops next to the underground station.

Great place to stay

Great staff, very welcoming and willing to answer any of our questions as tourists. The room was confortable and clean. The hotel is a 5 mn walk to the underground station and very convenient for it is situated in zone 5. I definitely will stay at the hotel again next time I go to London.

The hotel was handy for I was workings The room I stayed in was clean and compact. Staff on reception were pleasant. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment. Overall okay for a two night stay

We were looking for a modest price hotel in a convenient location, and this suited our needs. It was clean and in a good condition. The staff were under pressure during breakfast, but did their best. More staff could be employed. Overall for the price we paid it was what we expected.

Honestly, I hate this place. It grossed me out; it was small and noisy. It was like a res room. We paid soo much money for a bed and a tiny washroom.

The staff was very helpful. It would have been nice if the reception area was bigger. There needs to be bannisters that extend up the full length of the stairs. The price and location were very good.

Welcome was warm and helpful. Rooms show some signs of refurbishment though the passage ways were uneven and slightly dangerous with the walkway carpets that were laid down.

Good room but spotted a mouse in it at night

Stayed for 1 night. Room and toilet was very clean. Thing to improve: We saw a mouse in the room when we returned in the night. That is a health hazard and not expected from hotel at this price especially given everything else was good about the room.
