This hotel apartment was perfect for what I needed for my month stay. It was a great base for me to work out of and travel around the Algarve. The staff are amazing and check-in was a pleasure. Breakfast was wonderful every day perfectly prepared buffet style. My room came with a small kitchen set up, which had everything I needed to make a simple dinner on the nights. I didn’t wanna go out. Parking is easy. There is a laundromat on site. You are across the street from spectacular beach and Boardwalk. It’s a 50 minute walk to the old town or if you have a car it’s easy to drive there or drive to Marina and park and walk from there. Lagos is a great place to explore. I did a local walking tour that kept me started. I recommend this property.

I checked in on March 2nd and was booked to stay until March 14th, 2026. The staff were most welcoming and I paid for my stay upon arrival. When I entered and looked at the room, I realized it was impossible for me to stay there. The room was dirty, moldy and extremely dated. There was no security on the door as well which was unacceptable as a solo traveler. I immediately went back to the front desk to state I could not stay there for the reasons listed above and that I would like a refund. The manager called the owner 3 times to request my refund and I even offered to pay a one night penalty but refused. Needless to say, I would high recommend not staying at this property. I travel a lot and I have never experienced an issue like this from a hotel property.
