The place is clean. The staff is very friendly. They have an excellent valet service that will drive you anywhere in town and pick you up. The problem is they have the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in in the hotel in my life. Not to mention their pillows are flat as pancakes. You are a nice hotel in a tourist town. You can do better. Get new beds get new pillows

10/10 Exceptional

I was concerned after reading negative reviews. I was more than pleasantly surprised! I travel 30-40 weeks a year on business and the staff at Mineral Palace was the friendliest, most attentive, professional team I have had the pleasure of working with. Front desk, manager, valet, top to bottom the best!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Excellent staff that goes above and beyond. Valet guys were excellent! Matt that checked us in was excellent and helpful. Room was very clean. Only complaint is we were placed in smoker room. You could smell the smoke when you walked in. We do not smoke. Restraunt was very good.
