It’s a beautiful property with comfortable beds and friendly and accommodating staff in the heart of Old Town Vilnius. If you take Google maps, it will take you to the parking lot which is closed off by a mechanical arm. You will need to call into the front desk or send someone in your group ahead to the front desk to ask them to raise the arm to get entry to the lot. Also we were pleased to find out that this is a Hilton affiliated property so that we were able to add to our Hilton Honors points.

Fantastic location, beautiful interior and lovely breakfast, and beautiful spa. A small minor mistakes is the reason for not giving 5 stars. We had put the sign out for breakfast in our room but that did not work! No breakfast arrived and the sign were still hanging on our door !!!

The first thing was they charged me $40 for an early check in. Very tacky. Secondly the mini split started emitting an alarm at 4AM and they basically said they couldnt do anything about it. After shutting off the system the alarm persisted for over an our. Lastly they stress a free drink in the bar for guests but you get only a beer or a glass of house wine. This I would expect at a Motel 6.

Everything was outstanding! Not only the facilities were great, the staff was also top notch. At my arrival I got a very warm welcome by Yuri. I stayed for 3 nights in a very stylish room. The area is very cosy, surrounded of beautiful old buildings and lively streets, with restaurant and cafés gallore. There is even a very nice spa at the hotel which we used in 2 occasions. Finally I got a lot of help from the person at the reception when I was at the airport on my way to catch my flight home and I realised I had left my portable computer in the room. The person at the reception was awesome, he located my computer and even arranged a taxi driver to bring me the computer to the airport on time before my flight left.. Thank you so much to that person (I don't know his name but he was working there last Sunday afternoon) and to Narutis hotel for an unforgettable stay!

Not happy

Room cold when spoke to reception heating off due to energy crisis brought us up the last oil filled heater, which was fine, but wouldn’t of it they didn’t have any less. Enquired about using the spa again closed with same reason, asked why we hadn’t been told, said it was on website. I booked hotel in February and feel we should of been informed. I paid for a deluxe room with spa access, so asked if the room rate would be reduced accordingly, they said they couldn’t do that, offered us late checkout instead, not satisfactory. I had specifically chosen the hotel due to the spa
