The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hotel staff were very cooperative, friendly, and pleasant throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hassan and Ms. Sara at the reception for their excellent service. The staff at breakfast, room service, and housekeeping were also very kind and helpful. We did not have the opportunity to try the spa or sauna, and the pool was not open to guests during our stay. The surrounding area is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and a shopping mall nearby. However, the hotel is somewhat far from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, the Grand Bazaar, and the Egyptian Bazaar. Taxi fares can be expensive, so it is worth planning your transportation in advance if you choose to stay here. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hospitality of the staff.

The room was impeccable we stayed at the suite #911 and cleaning crew especially Nargis was attentive to us at all times. Breakfast at the top floor was worth it the staff particularly Behram made everything easy and his service was top notch. Behram was working most of the days we stayed and always checked up on us. A fun vacation in an amazing place

I highly recommend this hotel, worth the money. Advantages: * Large and spacious rooms * Helping staff * Excellent location (near the OUTLET mall) * Near a mosque, main road, seating areas * Amazing cleanliness * Very good value for the price * Rooms are decorated with very good taste Disadvantages: * Very basic breakfast, must upgrade it * The pool is not clean, on the top floor where it is very cold for the bathers in addition to the fact that the water is very cold (pool heating is required) Other than that, everything is excellent in a hotel, I will certainly return to this hotel if I am in the area.
