Tried to check in at 3 but room wasn't ready. Kept getting told "another 30 minutes". After 3 hours and it still wasn't ready I had to cancel and go somewhere else. Outside smelled like marijuana. The front office person was nice and was trying to accommodate but they have a VERY small cleaning staff and said my room was really bad after a late checkout.

No & No. Rude morning/day staff. She called our room being absolutely disgustingly rude. Very judge-mental lady. I would give this a -5 stars if I could. Wi-Fi didn’t work but was still charged for it. No toilet paper. No clean towels or bed linen. Took our deposit with no explanation. Loud music & smelled of marijuana 24/7. Unsafe location. Could go on & on with why this place was horrible. Never again will stay at this property. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off & have an unpleasant experience during your stay.

It had hairs everywhere on the bed, toilet, in the shower. There was even a bug in the toilet. Might I add that there was a horrible smell in the place. They had no one there to clean it until next morning. So I had to book a different hotel that same day.

Didn’t like how you had to call a phone number just to get someone at the front desk. And when I did call nobody answered. I had to use the “lobby” phone and call another number. Thankfully they did pick up, but getting to the hotel late and just wanting to go to your room but you can’t cause you have to wait for someone to check you in was terrible. Barely any amenities. No soap to wash your hands. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. But it was just for the night and was leaving the next morning either way

Larry at front desk was friendly and welcoming. Now, when I enter room there was dirty towels and wash cloth still in bathroom. The housekeeper staff wasn’t friendly nor did they explain that I needed to ask for wash cloth and towel everyday or request to have trash removed from room. Upon, my checkout I was told that I was suppose to take my trash out. I don’t live there I’m a guest.
