So pleased with myself for choosing this hotel. Really good location for walking about the city and on all public transport. Great breakfast with vegan and vegetarian hot and cold options which were tasty and of very good quality. Staff here were particularly friendly and efficient. Bathroom and bedroom well fitted and comfy. All staff were welcoming. Able to leave our bags securely before and after check-in/out. Delighted with the hotel, great room, very quiet from the street outside and also the Alcon which was whisper quiet. Everything looked and felt very new and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and the restaurant was an added bonus. Highly recommended for a stay in Milan.

This was my third stay at Hotel Windsor and the amenities within the room were disappointing. The hotel hallways and space within the room felt sterile or uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have common toiletries. However, the front reception staff was incredibly helpful in calling taxis and making restaurant recommendations and reservations.
