I spent a little more money on a nicer suite over the standard room. The room was dirty, the pillows, sheets, and couch had very questionable stains. The sheets and pillows actually seemed unwashed, and felt as if someone very sweaty had just stayed in the room. The breakfast was from 6am- 9am, when we tried to eat at 8:30 the only thing left was gravy. Even the coffee was empty. I Also had trouble during check in, i had already paid hotels.com and showed the receipt and they showed “no payment” on their end. Now i have to dispute either their charges or hotels.com charges. On a slightly positive, the water in the shower was hot, incredibly hot. On its lowest cold setting it was steaming the bathroom. On its hottest it was as hot as a boiling pot of water and literally scalded to the touch.
