The room smelled like an ash tray mixed with dirty mop water when I arrived. Then I found that the microwave was broken, it didn't turn and only heated food on one side. Then I found out that everytime I flushed the toilet I had to open the tank and reseal the lever or the toilet would run nonstop. The lid for the toilet tank is also cracked into 2 pieces. But the fridge and lights worked, the AC worked, and the bed was comfortable.

This is a big facility, it did feel a bit sketchy but overall the room was really nice. It had a mini kitchenette a large fridge and was extremely clean so I was very happy about it. There's parking right outside the room. The customer service could have been better I walked around the entire property till I found my room and I asked where it was they just pointed at the back of the property but didn't tell me where. Didn't show me a map nothing.
