There was only 1 person at the check in desk, she was very pleasant but overwhelmed with all the guests. There were at least 5 people that greeted us at the hotel entrance, but apparently she was the only clerk on duty.

Excellent Hotel

I was throughly impressed by my entire stay at this hotel. World class luxury interior decor, absolutely delicious restaurant, excellent service at the bar, extremely kind and attentive staff, breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and downtown Umhlana, very comfortable and spacious rooms, great pool with view. Having traveled worldwide and stayed at luxury hotels on several continents, I can say that no one will be disappointed by this hotel. Tremendous value for very cheap costs.

overall great service but I was booked in a room with an interleading door (locked) but the sound travelled through the door allowing me to heard everything my neighbor was up to
