The only negative was that we had to ask for towels a few different times at the pool and for our room (we had four people in our room and they only give three towels). The check-in lady was super kind too after a super long day of business meetings and she even gave me snacks. I will stay at your hotel again! It is very clean and has the latest in technology too.
