The person that checked us in was not pleasant at all and when he saw that we booked through Expedia he got even ruder. The furniture on our balcony was rusted and the table leg had rusted through and was broken. Our air conditioner in the bedroom clanged and banged all night. Other than that the rest of the staff were very nice and the grounds were beautiful!

Dirty coffee cups left in room, called front desk to complain & was ignored. Pool waiters & doormen were fabulous & tipped accordingly. To summarize, the room was not cleaned well at all. Usually, I would just say it was OK, but I think they could have done much better.
