I have stayed here on three seperate occasion and everytime I like it more and discover new thing. The rooms are clean and great view. The staff speak perfect english, and porteguese. So it is my go to place. It is very expensive for brazil. But with all the amenities perhaps worth it. They have bikes which you can borrow, and there are very good bike path along rhe oceon.

A lovely hotel. Service levels in Brazil can often fall short but here they nail it. Suitcases were waiting in our room once we’d checked in. Staff are very polite and attentive without being overbearing. Our room was very modern and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. The hotel is a stone’s throw from the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. We felt safe in the neighbourhood. Best in Brazil so far, better than the Copacabana Palace.

A estadia não foi agradável pelo fato de termos escolhido um quarto com frente mar em andar alto, quando chegamos ao hotel nos colocaram em um quarto frente mar com andar baixo, o que ocasionou um barulho de carros e motos muito alto e dificuldade para descansar, ainda mais que estou gestante com 7 meses. Eu fiz uma reclamação na recepção a qual nos ofereceu outro quarto porém com vista lateral do mar, e que eu teria direito a um crédito no hotel para cobrir os custos que tivemos com o frente mar. No outro dia, para a minha grata surpresa a recepcionista da manhã já me informou que eu não teria crédito nenhum, o que me gerou um grau alto de insatisfação. Nada foi feito para solucionar o meu problema.
