The room and property was clean. Breakfast was included but I was surprised that it opened at 7:30am. It seemed that there were a lot of workers also staying there that start work early so I guess they couldn't get breakfast. I noticed from the sign it had been changed from 6:30am. Travelers like to hit the road early so that affected them as well. We did stay for breakfast the last day. It was a pretty substantial breakfast and had some healthy options. Location was convenient for Merritt Island and other surrounding points of interest. I would stay there again.

Coming home from this trip, my clothes were smelling from Black Mold. Although the room seemed clean enough. The room was not cleaned during my five day stay. Although I was offered clean towels a couple of times. Restaurant/sports bar offered really nice staff, food that was well prepared for resonable price.

We requested a new room and was promptly given a much better room. We feel like the price was a little high but it was much cheaper than staying close to the port. The room was clean upon my arrival. However during my five night stay, it wasn’t cleaned once, although I asked the reception to make sure it was cleaned. Twice I was asked whether I wanted more towels. Breakfast was very basic, although well prepared. The fitness center was also very basic, missing small but very important items, such as yoga/stretching mats, dumbbells and towels. Location is good. Staff is friendly. The sportsbar/restaurant was the highlight, with affordable and well prepared food and drinks.

Terrible problems with card keys. First one didn't work after I carried all my luggage to the top floor at back of the motel. Next day the key for my new room didn't work and they had to replace lock system. Breakfast was barely mediocre and shut early in the morning (9:00-9:30?). Luckily? McDonalds was immediately next door. Not sure where the advertising photo was taken but it didn't represent the quality of or any room that that I saw there. Really just a 1970's type motel.
