I have stayed here many times since 2011. Unfortunately I think we will move on from here next stay as the property is going downhill. Maintenance is not up to scratch and it does not feel as safe as it previously did. Those elevators have needed work for about a decade now & this time they had graffiti. Sorry extended stay, we loved you, but unless there’s some big changes, we’re done.

First room smelled so swapped to a second room. Overall room was clean, no housekeeping throughout stay, have to go get own towels etc. wash room had grease in washer and ruined clothes. Managed like an apartment complex with a poor landlord versus a hotel. Beds are comfortable but if going for a family Disney or vacation trip I would choose a different hotel….

Room door locking mechanism didn’t work and would fall off, no plug for tub to bath kids, hotel constantly smelt like weed in the lobby, hallways that would seep into hotel room. Cops were always there. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody

Very Old Installation. Tabacco is banned but the rooms smells pretty bad. 2 weeks for room service is incredible wrong and so many other issues. Low end hotel. Very Mis-Leading photos. This hotel shouldn't be on Hotels Poople may said is cheap and other stuffs. But 1000 for a week is still big money

I've used ESA for many years and always had a properly equipped kitchen. This one had nothing. I had to ask the desk for a coffee pot and it took 5 minutes to find one, no cups no silverware. The advertised breakfast was a joke. Coffee and a kiddy sized muffin. No juice, cream milk. AM staff was nice. Checking staff a little less welcoming than you would expect

In the first room, it was located right next to staircase on third level, so you could hear the door slamming shut as people came and went until 3 AM. The sheets also did not seem new as there were hairs and sock fuzz between the sheets, so a new set of sheets was requested. After switching rooms, the refrigerator made a clicking noise throughout the night, and the shower lever could not hold a steady temperature between cold and very hot. The overall appearance of the room was not great, but everything else worked proper

Room was clean and room assigned was perfect got a good nights sleep. Only thing was if I was designated a non smoking floor- there was a room exiting the elevator that had a 420 smell, but since I was only there for a night figured staff would address it.

This hotel is horrible. Wasn’t clean, the walls are paper thin. You hear people in the next room and people in the hallway talking all night and dogs barking in the rooms. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel but people were still smoking in the hallway which the smell seeped into the room. Random people walking around the parking lot and hiding in between parked vehicles. I will NEVER stay here again. The night staff, Taylor, was very friendly tho. She alone gets 5 stars. But the hotel is definitely a 1 star. Not sure why all the other reviews claim it’s clean and quiet. It was far from that when I stayed.

Definitely not my first pick for a hotel. The rooms were pretty clean but with some permanent stains on the counters. I did like how there was a big fridge and stove as well! The staff were sooo friendly I did not catch her name but the front lady was super sweet and felt like a friend on how awesome she was!
