Great location close to all major attractions. Lovely room and a great view from floor 18. Very nice complimentary breakfast with all you need for a day of sightseeing. Penn station is about 15 minutes walk and very cheap by train to get to the from the main airports.

Great place and location .. just understand that .

We stayed on the 45th floor and loved it .. we also stayed earlier on the 11th floor and that is a problem because of the elevators at breakfast time .. just too few of them for all the guests there. The service is wonderful, always helpful, breakfast is very robust and the location of the hotel is great.

Skyline view room is the way to go, with the iconic Empire State Building as the main visual attraction. Housekeeping was on the ball, with everything kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. The variety and quality of the included breakfast was a surprise bonus. Fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was crowded and we had a hard time finding a place for our family of four to sit and a staff member went out of his way to find us a place to sit on a different floor. He went above and beyond. The front desk staff were always super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, in the middle of enough yet quieter than other parts of NYC. I would stay there again.

The location is excellent with everything within walking distance. The rooms are cramped especially the 2 queen bed rooms which are same size as one king bed room. There is little space to move around or keep large luggage in the room. The breakfast on level2 patio dining area was great.

Overall, we had a good experience at this Hyatt during our family trip to New York City. The location is convenient and provides easy access to many points of interest and public transportation. Our rate included a buffet breakfast, which was the standard Hyatt offering—not overly fancy, but decent and satisfying. The room was quite small, and with four people and two double beds, there was very limited space to move around. That said, given it’s NYC, compact rooms are to be expected. The hotel staff were professional and respectful throughout our stay. I would recommend this property for a short vacation or business trip, especially if location and convenience are priorities.
